Nice - but have a drink handy

These are probably the nicest, crispest crackling I have had, but, and this is not unique to this brand, they are very dry - so make sure you have a drink handy, or you may start to choke.

Crisp and crunchy

Loved our crackle. Salty but not heaps. Love the sharp crispness. Came in timely manner with a few other items that I bought to stock up the pantry.

Delicious

Very tasty and crunchy crackle. I reckon it could do with a bit more salt though. Easily fixed with the addition of salted butter and pink salt flakes. Although I live in Qld & it had to come from WA, it arrived nice and fresh. Thank you!

Uses

• Delicious as a carni-snack on its own or with some beef liver pate !
• Crumb your scotch eggs, meatballs, chicken wings, fish and tuna patties for a little carni-variety.
• Use it in a variety of carni-recipes, including savoury breakfast muffins, pancakes and pizza crusts.

Storage & Shelf Life

• This is a minimal ingredient, natural animal product that is sensitive to temperature.  That’s how you know it’s the goods !
• You must be home to receive the product as it should not be left out in the elements.  We cannot accept responsibility if you are not home.  If you are not home, please ensure there is a dry, shady spot for it to be left.
• Store below 22 degC or in the refrigerator.
• Once opened, store in refrigerator, either in an airtight container or in its bag with the air expelled and resealed.
• Shelf life of up to 6 weeks from the date of bake, if stored correctly.  Bake dates vary.  Refer to bag for shelf life.  Sale bags may have a shorter shelf life, but we always aim to have it on your door step with the 3 weeks remaining recommended best before date (give or take a few days as we cannot control the shipping timing).
• Consume within approximately 3 weeks of opening.
• We cannot be held responsible for the handling and storage of this product once it has left our possession.

Pick-up & Shipping

• FREE pick up is available from both WATTLE GROVE and MIDVALE !  Contact for address.  All products available from Midvale.  Only Carnivore Crackle available from Wattle Grove (orders close Tuesday midnight for Wattle Grove Pickups).  In stock crackle may require prior notice for Wattle Grove pick up.  Please contact prior to ordering for indication of timing.
• If you are a Perth Metro or Pick-up customer and would like to purchase multiple bags – please get in contact.
• If you are outside of a current shipping area, we are more than happy to ship to you, entirely at your own risk.  If you are outside our shipping area and place an order, it will be automatically fulfilled.
• Our Carnivore Crackle is a SUPER low ingredient, animal based product with ZERO preservatives !
• Being such a PURE product, it is temperature sensitive, restricting our shipping windows.  It will be a seasonal only shipping product at this stage.
• We unfortunately cannot control the freight process and any delays in shipping (such as those from fires or flooding) are unpredictable, outside our control and not at our risk.
• We will only ship to a PO Box at your own risk.
• We REALLY want you to receive it in optimum condition so that you can truly taste the carni-goodness that is our CARNIVORE CRACKLE !

Product Info

• There may be some product variation between bakes (some batches are more salty, and some less salty).  This is entirely dependent on the natural pork rind as fattier rind absorbs more salt and the rind is not always a uniform thickness.  We always apply the same amount of salt to every bake.  Similarly, some rind will have more fat and some less.
• This is a natural and rustic product not a manufactured, extensively processed, perfectly identical product.  It is perfectly imperfect!
• Multiple bag orders from the same bake may vary in content.  Refer above, this is a rustic product and varies as does the rind itself.
• Being an animal based, minimally processed product, it may contain traces of animal materials, rind stamps etc.  Refer above, it is perfectly imperfect.  We do our very best to remove and discard these elements, however, if we removed everything that wasn’t perfect, there’d be no product left.
• Please note that this is a hard, brittle crackle.  We recommend a good set of ‘chops’ to consume our product.  If you have existing dental issues, we recommend our light, airy Summer crackle instead.  Being a minimally processed and highly variable product, some parts of the rind are harder than other parts.  You may encounter parts that are too tough and are best consumed by either crumbing first to coat your favourite meats, 0r by enjoying the salty exterior and then discarding the inner portion.
• This may be an In-Stock or Back Order product.  If you miss out on a release, your order will be fulfilled in the next bake.  We advise contacting before ordering if your order is time sensitive.
