How to Use
Simply sprinkle 1 cup into a warm bath and immerse yourself for 20-30 minutes of relaxation or to help soothe sore muscles.  Or add 1/4 cup to a dish of warm water for a relaxing foot soak.

Premium Grade Epsom Salt – Magnesium Sulfate Heptahydrate (50%)
Absolutely nothing else!
