Salmon (Oven Baked)

Cooking salmon in the oven is still our favourite way to eat it.  It ensures it remains moist and it melts in your mouth.  And it’s set and forget – throw it in the oven for 30 minutes and dinner is done!

Nothing but salmon loin.

  1. Place the salmon loin skin side down in a baking dish.
  2. Cover tightly with aluminium foil.
  3. Bake for 30 minutes at 180 degC (fan forced).
