Carnivore Lifestyle Australia stocks only the highest quality carni-products available on the Australian market. A list of our Suppliers can be found on the right hand side of The Carnivore Store, under “Brands”. Additionally, we have a few personal branded products for sale, born out of our own personal carni-needs and shared with you.
We have carefully selected the products for sale in The Carnivore Store, according to our own standards and moral code.
We are always open to hearing about new products that suppliers have available. If you feel we are a good fit for each other, please email us with more information at info@carnivorelifestyleaustralia.com.au to discuss further. Whilst we are happy to discuss your product, we make no guarantees to stocking your item. We will only stock food products that meet our high standards (minimally processed carnivore foods). We do not have any interest in expanding into broader KETO foods, so if your product contains plant-based ingredients, we are not a good fit.
You can order via The Carnivore Store here. We offer Australia-wide $13.20 shipping and also have a free pick up option in Perth Metro (Midvale). We currently accept payment via PayPal, Credit Card and EFT (electronic funds transfer).
Upon placement of your EFT order, you will receive an email containing our bank details. Please ensure that you use your order number as the transaction reference.
All PayPal and Credit Card orders are shipped automatically upon order placement. We aim to pack and post all PayPal and Credit Card orders placed before 12 noon (WST) on the same day, but please allow 24 hours. If your order is time sensitive, these payment methods are generally the quickest option. On very rare occasions, PayPal may freeze payments for verification which may result in a minor delay.
For EFT orders, please allow 24 hours after payment clearing for processing of your order.
Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). All weekend orders will be posted on the next business day.
Upon order shipment, you will receive an automated email with the tracking number for your parcel. Please ensure that your email address is correct when placing your order. If there is an error in your email address, you may not receive the updates on your order. Absolutely! We offer FREE pickup of all orders in Midvale, Perth. From time-to-time, we may also have free pickup available in Wattle Grove (typically Carnivore Crackle only). Please check prior to ordering if you are unsure. Select the free pickup option at checkout.
We recommend that you review the opening times below before proceeding with placing a pickup order. Please allow 1 business day for packing of your order prior to pick up.

Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm* (excluding public holidays).
*Commencing Monday, 7th October 2024, Christmas Trading commences and pickup times change to 7:30am to 2:30pm (Monday to Friday, excluding Public Holidays).
*We typically have an early close in advance of Christmas and a short shipping freeze between Christmas and New Years. Orders are still open and welcomed at this time, and they will be fulfilled upon shipping recommencement. For more information, refer to our Social Media posts.

We ship Australia-wide, predominantly via Australia Post and endeavour to keep the cost of postage as low as possible. We are currently absorbing the cost of postage on our larger orders, particularly our 1kg bags of Carnivore Crackle. Being a small business, it is not feasible for us to absorb the entire cost of postage. We thank you for your understanding.
We have a flat rate postage fee of $13.20 per order (up to 5kgs). Domestic shipping of your order covers parcels up to $100 in value (refer to Australia Post standard shipping terms).
For cards-only and gift vouchers-only we have a flat rate postage fee of $2.

We are located in Perth, Western Australia, and all orders ship from Perth. We are entirely at the mercy of the postal service. We recommend that you check your parcel tracking from time-to-time to see how your parcel is travelling. If you believe that your parcel has become lost in transit or there are any other concerns, please reach out to us at orders@carnivorelifestyleaustralia.com.au.

Please keep in mind that we are a small, family-run business, so while we will do our very best to get back to you as soon as we can, it may occasionally take a little bit longer to respond.
All items leave our warehouse in perfect condition and are packed sufficiently. Unfortunately, from time-to-time an order or product may be damaged in transit.
If your order arrives with visible damage, please immediately take photographs of the outer packaging BEFORE opening your parcel. It is also important that you DO NOT discard the packaging. Please also take photographs of the internal packaging of items.
For parcels damaged in transit, the shipping service provider’s procedures must be followed. We typically ship with Australia Post and their procedures for parcels that they’ve delivered damaged can be found here

We are unable to process returns for products you do not like or due to a change of mind. Due to the nature of some of the food products that we stock, once they have left our possession, it would be irresponsible of us to accept returns for them, even if they have not been visibly opened.
